This property was developed within the boundaries of Far North Bicentennial Park. There are Little League ballfields, a multi purpose field, and a picnic shelter.


In 2005, multiple supporters stepped forward to complete improvements to Abbott Loop Community Park. Construction of the new pavilion, sledding hill, and playground area was funded by contributions from Wells Fargo Bank. The state legislature provided funding for parking and lighting improvements. In 2006 Anchorage Park Foundation awarded a Challenge Grant to improve the ballfields.
