PARK HISTORY

This park was acquired through tax foreclosure. It was established in 1974 and named in honor of Edna Fisk, the first landscape architect to practice in Alaska. She designed many projects in Anchorage, including the first design for the Delaney Park Strip.

Reservations: contact the Anchorage Parks and Recreation Department at 343-4355. The Anchorage Park Foundation is not a department of the Municipality of Anchorage, and cannot process reservations!
