The property was originally privately owned and home to Alaska Greenhouses with the greenhouse developed in 1968. The land ownership changed over the years and was eventually seized by the Federal Government.  In 2006, the Municipality of Anchorage bought the property and finally dedicated it in 2015 for “permanent public park and recreational purposes.”  Learn more about the history of Muldoon Town Square Park HERE.
