  • Families and friends of Anchorage park supporters interested in celebrating the life of a loved one may contact the Anchorage Park Foundation to discuss establishing a charitable fund in the loved one’s name. Funds collected will be spent according to the donor wishes.

Gifts in Honor

At any time, you may make a gift to the Anchorage Park Foundation in honor of a loved one. We are happy to let this person know you gave a gift in honor of them, or let them know an anonymous gift has been made to in their honor. You can make a donation in honor of someone online here or the other ways we accept your gifts.

Memorial Gift

At any time, you may make a gift that is in memory of a loved one. We are happy to let the family know a memorial gift was made. You can make a memorial gift online here or the other ways we accept your gifts

  • Deborah L. Conover Memorial Fund
    Friends and family are raising funds to install a memorial bench.
  • Hugh Fleischer Memorial Fund
     Friends and family are raising funds to install a memorial bench for this park founder on the Delaney Park Strip.
  • Bill Bryson Track Fund
    Friends are collecting funds for an Anchorage Track, a sport that this former Park Commissioner supported locally.
  • Joe Eros Memorial Fund
    Friends and family have raised funds and installed a bench at Kincaid park, and are now raising funds for another dedication.
  • Theny Putnam Memorial Fund
    Friends and family are raising funds for an installation for Theny Putnam.
  • Rose Bailey Memorial Fund
    Friends and family are raising funds for a swingset.
  • Glenzer Memorial Fund
    Friends and family are raising funds for a Port Commission project.
