The current rinks are in need of upgrades.
Project Summary: Anchorage Skate Club is rallying community support for a variety of improvements for spectator amenities at the Bonnie Cusack Memorial Rink (located in the Chester Creek Sports Complex) and overall work towards the redevelopment of the facility. Additional improvements include security upgrades, such as fencing and netting to reduce theft and vandalism, and landscaping improvements.
Community Challenge: Raise $40,000 in materials and volunteer labor.
