During National Bike Month, Anchorage Park Foundation was designated as Anchorage’s newest Bicycle-Friendly Business (BFB) through the League of American Bicyclists. BFB awards recognize organizations for their efforts to welcome and encourage employees and customers to experience the joy of biking. There are five businesses in Anchorage joining 1,582 total Bicycle-Friendly Businesses across all 50 states and Washington, D.C. The Municipality of Anchorage is also recognized by the League of American Bicyclists in the silver category as a Bicycle-Friendly City.
