One-hour FitLot circuit classes provide a full-body workout suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels! Each class starts with a brief intro on correct form and equipment usage. During the workout, you rotate through exercises at your own pace, with a certified coach on hand for guidance. With upbeat tunes and plenty of smiles, we guarantee a fun, safe sweat session in the fresh air.

Parking: 100 E 76th Ave There will be construction at Taku Lake Park, and the parking area at Stormy Place will be closed. Please use the parking area on E 76th.
