Example of Duties for YEP Crew Member
Provide youth ages 16 through 19 years with a first time job employment opportunity that includes on the job training while under direct supervision to complete leadership projects within the park system. This program involves physically challenging, team oriented work that is performed outdoors. This position is targeted to establish individual work ethic, teamwork, interpersonal social skills, self-sufficiency, leadership responsibility. Perform other related duties as assigned.
YEP Crew Member Minimum Qualifications / Substitutions / Preferences
High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or current high school student and between the ages of 16 and 19 with aptitude and interest in the available assignment.
