Alaska Youth Conservation Corps
Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) was established in 1971 to introduce conservation and preservation to youth in public lands. The YCC program is administered by the following: The National Park Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, Forest Service, and Bureau of Land Management.
Municipality of Anchorage Parks and Recreation Jobs
Anchorage Parks and Recreation is responsible for beautifying parks, natural areas, and recreation facilities. The department operates year-round recreation programs for all ages and abilities, and oversees Anchorage’s horticulture and park maintenance while providing support for community gardens and dog parks.
