The Moose Loop Trail Challenge (formerly Virtual Race) is a fun way to explore the urban trails that loop around Anchorage forming the Moose Loop. This family-friendly challenge is a great way to stay active outdoors in the fall by running, walking, or biking on the Moose Loop trails (or anywhere). Challenge yourself to a 5K, 10K, Mini Moose (25.75K), or Mighty Moose (51.5K Moose Loop) and complete it on your own time at your own pace. This weeklong challenge, from September 21 to September 28, 2024, is an annual fundraiser for the Anchorage Park Foundation. Registration opens spring 2024.
