Youth Employment in Parks constructed twelve 10ft x 20ft garden beds for the Fairview Community Garden expansion. They wheelbarrowed 40 cubic yards of topsoil to fill the raised beds and spread over 60 cubic yards of mulch to create sustainable walkways around the beds.
The project consisted of:
• Hauling 40 cubic yards of topsoil and 60 cubic yards of mulch
• Building 12 raised beds
