Victims for Justice and the Anchorage Rotary Club were awarded a $10,000 Challenge Grant to completely transform Hostetler Park, home to the Victims for Justice Memorial. Through a community effort of volunteer hours and pro-bono consulting, the beautiful new park emerged.
Anchorage Rotary Club engaged over 20 volunteer contractors to help redesign and transform Hostetler Park and the Victims for Justice Memorial. The new space includes an ADA-compliant walkway, striking new memorial pillars, increased lighting, and natural landscaping. Bright and open, the new park ambiance welcomes Downtown locals, employees, and visitors to explore and enjoy their lunch in a peaceful greenspace.
