The Government Hill Community Council raised money to help rejuvenate a long-standing hedge in the Suzan Nightingale McKay Memorial Park. A Siberian Pea hedge that had grown to be 3½ feet tall was cut down to a height of 2 inches so that it could regrow in a healthier state.
