The youth spent several days at Jewel Lake Park repairing and maintaining this popular beach front park. They added 25 tons of sand to the volleyball court, mulched the garden beds, painted the gazebo and over 100 parking lot bollards, and pulled invasive weeds.
The project consisted of:
• Using 10 gallons of paint
• Hauling 25 tons amount of sand
• Hauling 25 yards of mulch
