  • Volunteer Event – Non-Partisan Phone Bank for August 18 Primary

Anchorage Park Foundation 3201 C Street Suite 111, Anchorage, AK, United States

What is event? Help us call infrequent voters to remind them to vote in the August 18 Primary election. There is a historically low turnout in primary elections, which makes your vote even more important. This election is important because who we elect will make a difference in our public health and quality of life.  Investing in parks and trails is a path to a stronger economy and better health. Early voting starts August 3 and we want to give voters the information they need to cast their ballot. This election is different than municipal elections because it is NOT vote by mail. Voters will need to cast their ballot on election day, August 18 at their neighborhood polling location OR vote early
